Erin and I sponsor a child named Jivenson in Haiti. It is such a joy to correspond with him on a regular basis. He is only 5 now, so we have many years to be able to sponsor him. We are able to take a small, yes-very small, part in his education, health, and guidance toward Christ. We pray that he will find the joy in Jesus that we know every day. Although we are only giving a small amount of money every month, we are thankful beyond measure for the brothers and sisters who are working in Haiti to love and protect precious Jivenson. Please join us in praying for the work of Compassion International in many countries in the poorest parts of this small world. To God be all the glory!
